Watch for the 2024 contest in October
Turn your students’ art into a limited-edition blanket!
Young Designers by WOVEN is a contest for students in Indigenous community schools across Canada. The goal of the contest is to inspire students to entrepreneurship and the textile arts by enabling them to bring their creations to market.
Students can submit a drawing through their teacher or school. From the entries received, one winner will see their design turned into a high-quality, eco-friendly blanket under the WOVEN label, a co-brand by the Indigenous-owned company
MINI TIPI and ILFP.
The contest winner:
-
Will receive three blankets created from their design
-
Will see their work promoted for purchase across Canada as a limited-edition product
